It takes good design to make me thirsty for both beer and a brand story. And the tale behind Monteith's Single Source Lager Beer is a good'un. It's a beer that re-awakens appreciation for the art of brewing, a beer that champions the land and the people from which its ingredients are sourced. The elegant, pared-back design is from New Zealand's DesignWorks. The hand-drawn signature line represents the fact we can trace the very human journey of the beer's crafting - from paddock to palate. And the black glass bottle is not just to look pretty - it preserves the beer's freshness by protecting it from light and heat. Class, character and integrity...nice work.
