Ellen Hamlin (under the craft name AlxMcKenzie) makes the sweetest, brightest little crochet darlings I've seen in New Zealand so far. As well as cushion covers, she makes garlands, coasters, pin cushions, 'granny stones' (crochet-covered river stones) and more.
I recently bought myself two sweet crochet cushion covers (the top design - lots of white with bright colours and a row of different vintage white buttons) and a Granny Stone to use as an ornament on my office desk... and I was so stoked with the quality of it when it arrived that I thought you might want one too. And Ellen, being the good sort she is, said the winner can choose their colour palette!
