Contemporary House Design with Vineyard In Portugal
Here’s the contemporary house design with vineyard in Portugal, this house fresh air, far from noise and comfort for living, interior and exterior for this house is modern and contemporary. the buildings are set in a loose and organic structure. The existing topography is subtly adjusted to accommodate the houses and pools, whilst preserving the agrarian character of the landscape. Each villa sits within an autonomous space, the boundaries of which are either visible(such as low walls) or just implied (rows of olive trees, for example). These informal elements are arranged methodically to a shared central space that slopes across the site. Low walls form the boundaries of this shared space, whilst providing, simultaneously, an element of privacy to the houses. Visitor parking is organized around a group of trees and a water tank, whilst an unpretentious pavilion provides a covered space for public activities.
materials and Furnishings unit consists of a column and beam concrete structure, explicit in the facade,in order to reveal their form and materiality. This structure is filled by plastered masonry in a receding manner, in order to give the facade a level of depth. In addition there will be a subtle variation in the external surfaces of each unit: painting on concrete and rendering on brickwork which are simultaneously different and similar.Wooden doors and windows are installed from the inside of the walls around the house, creating deep recesses perceptible from the exterior and providing a bit of shade. A blind system is built in the outer side of the wall lintel, as an additional shielding from the sun.Recesses (entrances, patios and verandas) have walls and ceilings clad in ceramic tiles, in order to create a different ambiance and to provide cool surfaces. In those spaces doors and windows are installed from the exterior of walls, protected under the covers of such spaces.
