I was so glad to see Make Something back again for 2011. Make Something is a (hopefully now annual) collection of collaboration and cross-discipline design. The organisers choose a line up of New Zealand graphic designers and give them this brief: given absolute free reign, who in NZ would you choose to work with and what would the results of your mash-up be? This year, the partnerships include an award-winning cocktail mixologist, an interior designer, a boutique brewer, an industrial designer and other artists and artisans.
