Little Red House (not on the Prairie)

I love that this house is red and I thank Dwell for sharing it. The home belongs to David and Jodi Sarti. David actually designed the 1,100 sq. ft. house himself and made every inch useful. The bathroom doubles as the laundry room and the kitchen, dining room and "bar" are all the same room as well. With rolling furniture.

 The home sits on one half of a lot.In red, it really stands out.

 The kitchen and dining area with the "bar" under the stairs. I have always loved the idea of making good use of the space under the stairs. And, notice the table on wheels. David put wheels on the table and uses fold up chairs so that they are easy to move to make more room when needed. Brilliant!
