A Word About Beachfront Realty

Having had the good fortune of being associated with Beachfront Realty, Inc. for the past several years, I have watched the company owned by Ed Roberts, grow by leaps and bounds. It is presently the second largest independently owned real estate firm in the great state of Florida, with well over 1,400 agents. At this post, the company has an inventory of 1,952 listings. Agents looking for a great real estate company with a great owner, and who are unwilling to work for corporate American real estate firms that take a lot but pay little, are a good match for Beachfront. At Beachfront Realty, agents are free to give both buyers and sellers the service they deserve. The idea is to serve the client, not to get every little thing out of them. That happens a lot with the "corporate America" companies who charge "transaction fees" to buyers and sellers, on top of commissions. Those arbitrary fees are an extra bonus for company shareholders, but not for clients, and sometimes help to give realtors a less than stellar reputation. Buyers and sellers won't see that happening at Beachfront Realty. What they will see is a great real estate firm that has grown one agent at a time.
