These are literally the very best coat hangers I have ever seen. They're made of solid brass and genuine mid-century modernist pieces, by Austrian designer Carl Aubock. Only $800 for a set, sweet as. METER MONEY TO ME. Can someone please design a modern-day version?

Very, very nice work by Australian design studio Beyond the Pixels. This Melbourne coffee shop, named after the owner's grandmother, puts functional elegance in its aesthetic sights and gets a perfect bullseye. I love that they didn't feel the need to emblazon 'Patricia' on everything.
