The folks behind Melbourne's well-loved Markit@FedSquare (which gets around 10-12,000 shoppers over 7 hours) are putting together a massive craft-meets-design event in the amazing Royal Exhibition Building just in time for Christmas shopping this year. The Big Design Market is expecting to draw 20-30,000 design lovers over its 3 days and plenty of quality makers and doers like Beci Orpin and Bride & Wolfe have grabbed themselves a stall already.
Simon from The Big Design Market asked me to put the word out - they have a few spots left and are really keen to have NZ designers in them!
