South Beach Condo Listed For $12,000,000 Sold For $7,600,000
View From 1000 South Pointe Drive, Apt. 3801 Sold For $7,600,000
South Beach condos are being sold for far less than asking prices these days, as exemplified by a sale that was recently made in the Murano Portofino, one of Miami Beach’s luxury buildings. Listed for sale at an asking price of $12,000,000, the spacious 3 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, one-of-a-kind, South Beach penthouse sold for $7,600,000.
As everyone who follows real estate, or watches the nightly news, knows, prices have come down substantially in Miami Beach, and the question on many people’s minds is when the bottom is going to come. Although that is a very tough question to answer, the fact is that there are more buyers coming out, and there is a slight improvement in activity, with more inquiries being made, and more homes and condos being viewed. Sooner or later, that is going to translate into more sales, and a market bottom.
