Minimalist Home with Modern Architecture

This minimalist home, is suitable for little the family, a couple, their daughter or boy and dog. Old but with a great retirement. Look there, the transition between the interior and the exterior very smooth, absent of material limits. The desainer attracted to enhance interpersonal relationships through contact and visual control from anywhere in the house. It is the remodeling and expansion of an existing single-family house, located in a lot of 1000 square meters, in a residential district of isolated, single-family homes. The preserved, main volume contains the daytime area: sink, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom, bathroom, game room and laundry; the new structure contains the access hall, garage, gym, covered pool, children’s bedroom and a small apartment for the couple. The sliding exterior woodwork, large and embedded into the walls, cover the entire facade allowing a visual and formal connection between the dwelling and the courtyards and other landscaped spaces, eliminating the materiality from the interior-exterior transition.  The preserved volumes are clad in white lime mortar with trowel, and the new concrete buildings are white. In the coatings that complete the woodwork planes, coping and guttering, untreated marine aluminum was used. The white color reinforces the reciprocal space/form result. Comfortable Home With Natural light

In this post, I’d like to invite you to a comfortable house with great natural light. You can see the desain of it in 7 pictures. According to the desainer: Studio Arthur Casas, This house was designed for a young couple with children in São Paulo. The division of the space the desainer proposed is quite simple: garage, service area and home theater in the basement, kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor. Even though the desainer changed part of the structure, most of the openings were maintained, which brought up the idea of covering the whole surface of the house to bring unity. What do you think? The house, has great living room, that can facilite all home members enjoy it. On one hand the panels filter the light and the regards, on the other the desainer created a patio to bring light to the basement and a slit above the stairs to illuminate the vertical garden. The master bedroom has a generous opening towards the backyard, where the landscape creates a small oasis within the city. A water basin intensifies the sensation of openness in the garden. Sliding doors allow different modulations between the dining room, corridor and pantry, bringing flexibility to the house. Elegant and Green Amazing Home

What a beautiful home, right?! Amazing is a matter of practice, like many other things in life. There’s no doubt that anyone can be amusement, as long as he or she looks for less ordinary approaches. When we first saw the Nussberg Penthouse interior, in Vienna, we thought that the client really wanted “beautiful house and elegant looking”. And that’s exactly what the studio responsible with the decoration managed to deliver to their client. Exquisite, playful and with a touch of rustic elegance, the Nussberg Penthouse blending the natural feel with the contemporary comfort. What do you think?

And more detail about this house, you can read this article. The penthouse, located on a hill, overlooks the amusement city. The house  stands out, due to its “excess” of brightness. You can feel enjoy wonderful moments, watching the sun at dusk or drink a cup of coffee in the morning, on the terrace. Wood floorings, chairs and different shades of brown, create an environment of natural and almost cottage-like inspiration. The paintings on the walls and the colourful rugs, though, transform it into a more interesting and contemporary home. The result: a playful, amusement and bright modern interior. Meet this stunning guest house in Duchess County, New York. The LM Guest House was designed by Desai Chia Architecture, in order to create a better relaxing environment for the client’s weekend vacations. The weekend retreat is surrounded by lush vegetation, offering beautiful views and the perfect serene atmosphere, in order to eliminate all the tension and recharge your batteries, after a long, exhausting week. The dwelling has a long parallelepiped-like shape and no walls. Glass replaces the classic wall structure, in order to create a seamless transition between the indoor and the outdoor environment. The steel frame “allows the roof to cantilever dramatically over the open living areas and bedroom.”
