Julio Iglesias, 68 year old Spanish singer and heartthrob, just purchased another property in Indian Creek, according to a report by the Miami Herald late last night. The Indian Creek home is directly adjacent to the 4 acre property he already owns on this exclusive Island.
The newly purchased Miami real estate consists of a 5,500 square feet home situated on an 80,000 square feet lot. The report states that Mr Iglesias paid $15,200,000 for the property, and plans to renovate the new home and live in it while overseeing the construction of a 20,000 square feet home on his vacant 4 acre lot.
Indian Creek is one of Miami's most beautiful communities, and Julio Iglesias' favorite. "After a lifetime of traveling the world, I can say that Indian Creek is my favorite place on the planet," said Mr. Iglesias.
