Delicious yet simple summer dish!
Red snapper marinated in oil, cumin, chili powder and lime juice, then drained & broiled until it flakes apart easily. Wrapped in a white corn tortilla, topped with homemade guacamole, lettuce, cilantro, green onion and chunky tomato salsa....with a hint of lime of course! Enjoy with a nice tall margarita!
